Slow Food Limerick at Rigneys Curraghchase

Well its coming to the end of a hectic day!
Just posting up some of the photos from todays event here at Rigney's taken by Pat from Munster Images and again my heartfelt thanks to all of those who made today possible.
The crowds we got today show that the public interest in what we are doing is there and just need to be tapped in to.

Again many thanks to all those who worked in front and behind the scenes to make today possible. I will put up a more detailed note once I have some time to recover!

Limerick Show 2009 - A great day out!

Just back from our day at the annual Limerick Show at Limerick Racecourse in Patrickswell.
Our stand was beside the entrance to the parade ring and was a good spot to have. Despite the bad weather at the start of the day the clouds cleared for the afternoon and the crowds picked up also. Business was brisk and it is refreshing to see more and more people interested in free range food and in sourcing food without all the unneeded additives that a lot of commercial products have these days.
